great quality for a mix of chinese cuisine with a hint of modern fusion! our eyes are always bigger than our stomach and we ended up over ordering just to try everything, but i would come back just for the shu mai and the ha gow! not a big big fan of soup dumplings but they were good here. high recommend also their roasted duck congee with a side of chinese doughnut

Dinner at Palette Tea House was fantastic from start to finish. The atmosphere is vibrant and stylish, paired with attentive, truly excellent service. The bar program sets a high bar right away—the Oolong Goddess was an incredibly inventive cocktail that started the evening off right. For the food, the stars were easily the xiao long bao sampler (an absolute must-order for the creative flavor combinations), the rich congee with uni, the savory Iberico with green garlic dumplings in kimchee sauce, and the bold Szechuan seafood dumplings. Every single dish was impeccably seasoned and artfully presented, making for a memorable dining experience.

Delicious and delightful! The food was awesome and ambrosial. The service was great and good-natured. The atmosphere was casual but also classy. It was a bit too expensive and exorbitant. The dumplings were simple and SOOOO GOOD!!! If you're in the area, eat here!

We had a great dining experience here. The menu offers a wide variety of authentic Asian dishes, and the location is very convenient. Every dish we ordered was delicious and beautifully presented. The milk tea was especially rich and flavorful—if you're a milk tea fan like me, it's a must-order! The Wok-Fried Gai Lan & Shiitake Mushroom was outstanding; the mushrooms had an incredibly meaty texture and were packed with flavor. The Wagyu Beef Chow Fun was another favorite at our table. The service was attentive and friendly throughout our visit. One thing to note is that this restaurant is definitely on the pricey side. We were surprised to find that the rice was charged at $4 per bowl, and there were additional service fees automatically added to the bill. That said, the food quality and service were excellent. If you're looking for authentic Asian cuisine and don't mind paying a premium, this place is worth a visit.

A beautiful Michelin-recognized tea house experience with amazing service, flavorful food, and a really unique atmosphere. Stopped by Palette Tea House with The Kid after FoodieLand thinking we were just coming for tea… and ended up having a full experience. We sat at the communal high-top table in the center of the restaurant, which has a small pond built into it with little goldfish and even a tiny rubber duck sitting on the rock formation — such a cute detail and definitely adds to the ambiance. Our server Ken was fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He recommended the Iron Goddess tea, which ended up being excellent. The Kid ordered the Milk Aroma Oolong, which surprisingly tasted almost like milk tea even though it’s just brewed tea. Each tea comes with its own kettle, and Ken even came back to refill the hot water for us. For food, we ordered the Wagyu Beef Fried Rice, which was a huge portion and easily shareable. Very flavorful and well prepared. We also tried the Sichuan Seafood Dumplings and the Iberico Pork Dumplings, both of which were delicious. One order is definitely enough to share.
